What is ACE?
Project ACE or the Accelerated Curriculum Experience is a special curriculum addition for fourth graders in Troy School District 30C. The students selected for Project ACE will attend enrichment classes one day a week in their home school. The ACE classes are exactly aligned with the fourth grade curriculum in Reading/Language Arts and Math. Each class will provide specific activities to encourage problem solving and critical thinking abilities to help prepare our students for the challenges of the future.

Extra ACE Challenge: If you're up for a challenge, look through the newspapers or watch the news and bring some cool or exciting current event or fact to class.
For example: Did you know that the Earthquake in Chile caused the Earth to spin faster? We now have a shorter day! (only by less than a second though!) See what you can find!
